This Privacy Policy describes how Amy Nixon (trading as WEVVE) (we, us or our) collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information of individuals (you or your) accessing or using the website at www.wevve.nz, interacting with us through our social media, providing information to us, or purchasing our products or services. Our products and services are intended to be used by persons aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.
We use third party services for payment processing and do not collect or store your payment card details. Our third-party payment processors' use of your personal data (such as credit card details) is governed by their respective privacy policies. While we select reputable payment processors, we are not responsible for their privacy practices or any breach of your data that occurs within their systems.

The specific tool(s) used may vary and are operated by third-party providers whose own privacy policies govern their handling of your data. Recordings and transcripts may be used for the purposes of delivering our products and services, generating session notes or summaries, quality assurance, and improving our methodologies. You consent to the use of such AI recording tools in the delivery of our consulting services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@wevve.nz. Session recordings and transcripts will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may also use AI-powered tools to assist with the creation of individual mode profiles. Only aggregated or anonymised information that cannot reasonably identify an individual will be inputted into these tools.

Where we create individual Mode Profiles or similar outputs for individual participants in connection with such services, those profiles will be delivered directly to the relevant individual and will not be disclosed to the engaging organisation or any other third party without the prior written consent of that individual. Any outputs provided to engaging organisations will be in aggregated or anonymised form that does not identify, or permit the identification of, any individual participant. We will not share individual response data, scores, or profiles with an engaging organisation under any circumstances without the express prior written consent of the relevant individual.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of the country you are in when you provide your information, and such countries may not provide the same level of protection as your home country. Specifically, this may include storage or processing in New Zealand, Australia, and other countries in which our service providers, technology partners or cloud infrastructure providers operate. While we use reasonable efforts to maintain the security of your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or receive from us. If there is a legal reason we can’t let you see the information, or if we don’t agree with your correction, we will provide our reasons and note your requested correction.
How long will we keep your personal information?
We will retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with any statutory retention periods. Information that has been anonymised may be retained indefinitely.
